Make bubbles!!!!

Make bubbles means to a foreigner "blowing bubbles" . Do you notice anything strange?
Have you ever seen so much excitement in the face of those blowing bubbles, or have you seen someone sit down to do it, or do you think they are analyzing the why's of bubble blowing?
